OptiLister AI helps Shopify merchants review AI-generated product listing suggestions before approved changes are saved. This policy explains what data the app processes and how merchants can contact us.

Data we process

The app processes store and product catalog information required to provide listing previews, including product titles, descriptions, SEO fields, tags, product status, and related product metadata. OptiLister AI does not require customer, order, payment, or checkout data to provide its core product optimization workflow.

How the data is used

Product data is used to identify listings that may need attention, generate preview suggestions, show field-level differences, create bulk preview jobs, and save rollback snapshots before merchant-approved write-backs.

AI processing

Product listing content may be sent to the configured AI provider to generate suggestions. The app is designed around a preview-first workflow: suggested changes are not written back to Shopify unless a merchant explicitly approves them.

Retention and rollback records

OptiLister AI stores operational records such as optimization runs, audit entries, usage records, and rollback snapshots so merchants can review prior actions and restore approved write-backs when needed.
